Lynn Hoover, owner of Dog Quirks.com, is dedicated to using humane, state-of-the-art methods that rely on classical and operant conditioning. She is deeply involved in education, research and writing on dog behavior consulting and related topics. In addition, Lynn has years of experience as a family therapist and independent information rsearcher. She brings her understanding of illness and it's impact to her work on behalf of dogs with behavior problems.

- In 2007 the Lynn Hoover Visionary award for vision and leadership was established in Lynn's honor by the IAABC board of directors. Lynn is the first recipient of the award.
